Covers intake interviews via phone or zoom, suitability screening, and issuing the formal invitation to mediation. Includes issuing a Section 60I Certificate if required. Payment is required in full before intake interviews take place.

Structured parenting plan mediation session (up to 4 hours). Parties must: agree on a date for mediation; book and pay for a mediation venue (or agree to hold mediation online); and agree who is responsible for mediator’s fees.

Full day mediations (up to 8 hours) can be conducted via Zoom or Face to Face.

Mediations may be conducted in person at a venue arranged and paid for by the parties, or online via Zoom.

Parent intakes, child questionnaires, suitability screening, formal invitation (60I if required).

Structured mediation; online or in-person (venue at parties’ cost).

Per additional hour beyond the initial 4 hours.

Intakes/interviews, analysis & reporting, feedback, and mediation attendance. Charged per person/child.

Briefings with each parent and individual interviews with each child.
