Welcome to Guided Clarity Mediation

Guided Clarity Mediation provides a calm, professional and psychologically informed space for difficult conversations during separation and co-parenting.

We support families to navigate parenting arrangements in a way that protects children’s wellbeing, reduces conflict, and avoids unnecessary legal escalation.

Our approach combines family mediation, Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), child-consultancy and trauma-aware psychological practice to offer a respectful, private and emotionally supportive alternative to court.

What we help with

  • parenting arrangements after separation

  • child-inclusive and child-consultation processes

  • child adjustment and communication support

  • shuttle and online mediation

  • high-conflict or complex family situations

  • DFV-sensitive mediation and safety planning

  • Section 60I certificates for court matters

A child-centred, trauma-aware approach

Children experience separation differently at every age. Our approach ensures children’s needs, emotional safety and developmental stage guide the mediation process.

Through child-consultancy and age-appropriate methods, children can share what life feels like for them, and parents can receive feedback in a sensitive and respectful way that informs decision-making.

We take great care to ensure this is safe, voluntary and grounded in child-development principles, trauma awareness and family law requirements.

A private alternative to court

Mediation offers families a confidential, flexible and more affordable pathway towards agreements—without added conflict, stress or lengthy proceedings.

Where court proceedings are necessary, a Section 60I certificate can be issued.
